Bones of The Earth

Bones of the Earth
stripped of it’s meat
a beautiful desiccation
an erosion of time
lashed by Aeolus
laid bare by Tethys
seared by Helios
a vast playground for light
Craggy Wash, 1/23
a siren for the unready
a labyrinth for the eye
